With the help of extra funds available from the Fish Sisters Unite Campaign last year, we will be able to offer THREE $250 awards this year to early career professionals. Funds can be used to help with professional training, attending an upcoming professional conference, or even getting a professional outfit for your next interview. No matter the need, the Women of Fisheries is here to lend our support. Use the form below to creatively tell us a little bit about yourself, your career path, and how you plan on using these funds. 

Eligibility: This award is geared towards early career professionals, not students. Any woman who has graduated within the last 5 years and is currently working in a fisheries science field is eligible to apply. Winners will be expected to write a blog post for Women of Fisheries, Inc. in 2026.

Sponsorship funds available: $750 ($250 for each award)
